🍗 Melt In Your Mouth Chicken

Tender, juicy chicken baked in a creamy, tangy, cheesy topping that literally melts in your mouth. It’s easy, family-friendly, and takes minimal prep time.


Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika (for color and flavor)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    375°F (190°C)

  2. Prep Chicken:
    Pat chicken dry and place in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
