🍞 Easy 2-Ingredient Bread

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self-rising flour

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat works best)


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt together until a dough forms. It’ll be slightly sticky but workable.

  3. Lightly flour your hands and shape the dough into a round loaf or place it in a greased small loaf pan.

  4. Optional: Score the top with a knife for a nice crust.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  6. Let cool slightly before slicing.


Notes:

  • Self-rising flour already contains baking powder and salt. If you don’t have it, you can make your own:

    • For each cup of all-purpose flour, add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp salt.
