Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Cheesy Potato Fries — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and loaded with melty cheese. Great as a snack, side dish, or party appetizer!


🧀 Cheesy Potato Fries

🥔 Ingredients (Serves 3–4):

  • 3 large russet potatoes (or any starchy potato)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional for extra flavor)

  • 1 to 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

Optional toppings:
  • Chopped green onions

  • Cooked bacon bits

  • Sour cream or ranch for dipping


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep the Fries:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Wash and cut potatoes into fries (thick or thin, your choice).

  • Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Bake the Fries:

  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
